Notes: 1. All prices include free parking. 2. Hire of the main hall and whole venue includes use of all the kitchen facilities 3. Committee room only hire includes use of the kitchen for drinks and cold food preparation. It can possibly be arranged if cooking facilities are needed. 4. A session is up to 3.5 hours, (approximately 2 - 2.5 x the hourly rate). Day/evening session times can be flexible. 5. WiFi is available and use of the PA system & hearing loop in the main hall is free of charge. Details of how to access this can be included in the invoice. 6. Discounts are available for prepaid series bookings.
